The short sale is dead to us. The lender wanted way more than we were willing to offer, considering how much renovation we would have to do. The renovation would be an interesting process, if we didn’t have another kiddo on the way. So while we were pondering on whether or not to make a last ditch hail mary counter offer on the short sale, this one came to our attention. We saw it yesterday, loved it, and put an offer out the same day. I think we’ll ultimately get it, it just depends on what the final price will be.

I suppose I’ll  need to find moving boxes.
